If you have not received an email after your purchase, you can take the following steps.
- Look in the spam folder
- Check your email address under your account settings
- Send an email to mike@hakenenmaken.nl
I can’t open the crochet pattern
The crochet patterns are sent in a PDF format to your email-address Most computers, tablets, and phones can access these files without any problems. If this is not the case you probably need a special application that can read PDF files. An example is Adobe acrobat reader.
Where can I find the track and trace code?
The track and trace code can be found under “My account” -“orders”.> Can’t find the track and trace code? Send an email to mike@hakenenmaken.nl with the order number and zip code.
How do I get the purchased crochet pattern?
After you have ordered a crochet pattern, you will receive a mail with a download link. You can also download the pattern from the website, the download link is under “My account”- “Downloads”>
Is there a difference between ordering with an account and without?
Yes, there are differences between ordering with and without an account.
These differences are:
- An account allows you to download the patterns indefinitely. Without an account, you must keep the email with download link safe.
- With an account, you can always retrieve and view your invoices. Without you can only review the invoice from the original order mail.
